Inlet Diffuser
It is designed to prevent flow maldistribution in the bed and to avoid movement of the catalyst bed by high-velocity impingement.
Inlet Diffuser reduces kinetic energy of feed to ensure that the distribution of feed inside reactor or in the Distributor Tray below is not turbulence directly from the inlet tube.

Scale Basket
The scale catcher will collect the fines, scales, inorganic rust, etc.
and avoid plugging of the distributor tray and the catalyst bed below.

Liquid Distribution Tray
Ensures optimum and equal distribution of liquid and vapor over the entire catalyst bed.

Catalyst Support Grid
Designed to support te weight of the catalyst, support media, oil, etc.
from SOR to EOR, while maximizing the catalyst volume.

Outlet Collector
Ensures even flow distribution in the bottom bed to achieve optimal catalyst utilization and prevents catalyst migration.

(Alumina Ball)

Inert Ball
Divide into Alumina Ball and Ceramic Ball according to operating temperature and conditions inside the Reactor.
- Alumina Ball: contains more than 90% of Al2O3.
- Ceramic Ball: contains more than 90% of Al2O3+SiO2 but 24% of Al2O3 are commonly used.
