Petrochemical Industry
- The Reactor internals for the petrochemical industry, specially refinery plant, represent one segment of WILL S&P industrial screen technology.
- With a great deal of on-shore, off-shore petrochemical projects based on UOP, AXENS IFP and other worldwide engineering standards and the needed certifications, licenses and patents, WILL S&P has been acknowledged as a reliable global leading manufacturer in wedge wire reactor internals.
- Reactor is divided into two large groups: Radial Flow Reactor, Down Flow Reactor. Radial Flow. Reactor also has two types: Execution with center pipe and scallops and Execution with center pipe and outer screen.
- For both reactors the efficiency of the process depends on the screen internals and our esteemed wedge wire internals offer exceptional strength and resistance to collapse, breaking and buckling. The combination of high open area and non-clogging of the slots provides high volume flow and efficient media retention. Thanks to the vertical slots in the center pipe and the outer screen/scallops and the smooth surface, the catalyst beads can move up and down without being abraded or broken by the screens.
Water Industry
- WILL S&P is also well known as a provider of water and wastewater treatment systems. The main processes in water treatment are demineralization, softening, ion exchange, gravity and pressure filtration.
- We have managed to supply various process equipment for desalination plant, sewage treatment plant, Membrane Bio Reactor treatment, Power Plant, LNG/LPG Plant, Marine Plant.
- WILL S&P Wedge Wire Screens and filtration systems are used to collect or distribute the treated liquids while it retains the treatment media and filters solids.
